I've been complaining about the fact they have outsourced our bank accounts for service by overseas call centers. Giving ppl overseas, not even in our jurisdiction access to all our account and identity info. And to top it off nobody has to give you their employee id or sufficient info to be able to identify who you spoke to. We don't know who they know here, This is why identity theft is so rampant, all kinds of hackers could get info off that system and be using it to do things overseas for all we know. I've heard of things like that being done. They care nothing about our safety..
