This video is about Elizabeth Forth, who was born a SLAVE in MICHIGAN. After a ruling by the Michigan Territory Supreme Court in 1807, she escaped to Canada. Later, she came back to Michigan to BUY Land. Built the Saint James Episcopal Church in Detroit in 1868.
