ok i see your point. but when an atty ask to be released from a client whih in this case was a guy according to her that was either playing games or mentally unfit, who had aggred to a plea, but after he gets to trial he reneges on what he agreed to. the frustration of the lawyer shows in 2 instances. 1 when she tells the judge that this guy is nor a candidate for drug treatment but needs to be put under a mental health treatment and watch because the guy is dangerous which she didn't say the dangerous part , only implying it.2nd she was tired of going back and forth with this guy and wanted him to get another lawyer. now you say this guy and judge were right . 3 you didn't look at what she was trying to do. and that is keep this crazy mf off the streets whereas the judge cut his sentence short. this bastard being a woman beater with a high propensity for violence whereas this judge gave less than a fuck by putting this mf back on the streets with a bullshit drug program that he can do at his discretion . at first she said 60 days and then she said it may take you longer 6 mos or more, which is bullshit. the lawyer knew this , that is why she argued so much to get this bastard committed. no the reason so many of these fools wind up in jail is not their representation as much as their own actions that got them there in the 1st place. now finally how can you make a person take this case when she has shown that she is through, yet she the judge says she is disparaging her client. how in the fuck does she think she would represent this fool if she were force. no i've sat in courts , and i've seen judges play god , and i've especially seen them disrespectful to black attysand clients if you question their judgement . so fuck these judges, and i would suggest black folk stay out of shit that gets you in front of these mfs , because if you're the client you lose, and most black atty's are treated as 2nd rate by the courts white judges
