O...oooh. So now that the city of Portland needs money, they come with some bamboozle BS that they want to pay the first mortgage, on insanely over priced homes, for the black families who they pushed out (so they can charge them high interest rates and late payment switch & bait)? I don't think so. I would have told them to shove it!
