I don't EVER buy food out of dollar tree. I have never trusted their food. I only go their for cheap decorations, gift boxes
and stuff like that.
This is a way to try and take down the Dollar Tree chain, because Walmart is losing big money to them. They are mainly speaking of Assured over the counter medication (manufactured in China), when it is no different than the generic over-the-counter meds Walmart sells. I don't buy from Walmart and rarely by anything from Dollar Tree , but the Walmart demons and the trade wars with China is what this is all about.
