Leg Extensions & Side Step Band Squats- 4 sets
Step Ups- 4 sets of 10 (each leg)
Walking Linges- 4 sets of 10 (each leg)
Glute Kick Back- 4 sets of 12 (each leg)
Standing Ham Curl- 4 sets of 10 (each leg)
Seated Ham Curl- 4 sets of 10 reps
Calve Raises- 12 sets of 12 reps (4 sets of all 3 angles =12)
