Barbell Sumo Deadlifts:
- 2-3 warm up sets
- 3 working sets, 3 reps. (75% of 1-rep-max)

SUPERSET, 4 sets.
- Barbell Hip Thrusts: 10 reps
- Banded Goblet Squats: 10 reps

TRISET, 3 sets.
- Bulgarian Split Squats w/ KB: 8 reps each leg
- Sumo Squats w/ KB: 10 reps
- Banded Frog Pumps w/ KB: 20 reps

Lifting Belt: Size Small -

Versa Gripps: Size Smalll -
