why can't black women be the love interest?

23 May 2021

Happy Valentines Day! In this video I try to find out: why can't black women be the love interest? Like Seriously! I've talked about the quirky/awkward black girl, but in this video essay I explore how history has influenced the desirability and romantic prospects for black women and how we are portrayed both in the media and in real life because of it.

Okay...they found a couple of Black men to be sellouts. Why does she want to be the "love interest" for white ppl. too? She's like, "they do it....I wanna do it too". Black men that do want to be her love interest, then all of a sudden....she's not interested I bet.

TV got they're head all screwed up as it is....

I think the TV has got the entire black race's head screwed up. There are far more than just a couple of black men who are sellouts, these days it appears to be almost unanimous, although most would never admit to it their actions often more than speak for themselves. Many also openly express complete disdain and contempt for bw which not only makes being in a relationship with those like that undesirable, it’s also very dangerous

Black women of today(black men too) should first seek a strong relationship with the heavenly Father so he can develop their character, gifts, talents and disciplines as a ppl and individually so they can become more suitable mates should someone decent and compatible come along. As the Word says, "Seek ye first the kingdom of God and all other things will be added unto you."

@1PathwaytoFreedom: I think that's going both ways...It's weird....we put on our best face for others but get lazy with each other.
