Cuttin Up With Bae: The Best Hot Wings Ever With Chef Bae

Check out this super easy and flavorful hot wing dressing recipe made by Sherri Chef Bae Smith:


1 bag frozen chicken wings dings
1 teaspoon seasoning salt
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon onion powder
1/8 teaspoon Chill powder
3-4 pinches ground black pepper

Unthaw and wash chicken then pat meat dry.

Season with all the seasonings listed above.

Fry chicken in cooking oil on medium high heat for around 20 minutes or until golden brown. (I like my wings fried hard)

Remove wings and place them over paper towels.


1/2 cup Louisiana Hot Sauce
1/4 cup melted butter
1-2 teaspoons honey

In a bowl, melt butter.

Add hot sauce and honey. Mix thoroughly.

Pour sauce over wings and coat chicken evenly.


5-7 celery ribs
Pinch of salt
Pinch of pepper
Pinch of dill seasoning
1 package Philadelphia cream cheese, jalapeño flavored (you can use the original flavor or try other flavors)

Add cream cheese to a bowl. Mix it up and stir it a few times to loosen/fluff up the cheese.

With a spoon, smear cheese into/on top of the celery.

Lightly sprinkle seasonings on top.

Cooking oil for frying (any kind like Vegetable, Canola, ect)
