LOS ANGELES — The Los Angeles Police Department released bodycam video of an officer-involved shooting that left a man allegedly trying to rob four people at gunpoint, dead in the South Los Angeles area. On October 14, 2020, at around 9:50pm, LAPD officers were in the area of 111th Street and Figueroa Street. They saw a man, later identified as 23-year-old Kevin Carr from Compton, standing in a parking lot of a gas station, pointing a handgun at people seated in a vehicle.
