This is the workout plan that I go on when I want to look a bit harder and fuller. It is a fast session that will have you out of the gym in about 90 minutes. You will also get strong with this program. Keep the reps strict and the weight heavy. Use good form and be consistent for the next 8 weeks... You can toss in a little cardio on off days as well. try to get in about 45 minutes to an hour...

A place for me to get another Black voice out there that knows what is truly happening in this world that we must live in. A mature black man who will never sell out, coon, debate, bullshit, or do anything else that hurts my people. I tell a truth based on a life of hard work common sense and experience.
