Rogers Avenue is now also known as 'JEAN-JACQUES DESSALINES BOULEVARD.'

The Boulevard covers a 2-mile section of Rogers Avenue from Farragut Road to Eastern Parkway, within the “Little Haiti” Business and Cultural District.
