Have you noticed that after they kill black people, they try to act like they are giving them CPR to save them afterwards? The 13th amendment of constitution is why they criminalize everything Black people do. It reads... Neither slavery nor involuntary servitude, EXCEPT as a punishment for crime whereof the party shall have been duly convicted, shall exist within the United States, or any place subject to their jurisdiction.
So the plan is to criminalize Blacks as much as possible to turn us back into slaves. Jaywalking? Kill him...get exonerated..send him to prison..he's no longer a citizen.
Hence, why I think eventually the police in America will have to be disbanded and the U.N police will take over American streets.
