Man Shot 76 Times by Police/ Black Man Armed With a Cell Phone
In Georgia Jamarion Robinson was shot 76 times by US Marshalls in Atlanta. They said Jamarion had warrants for his arrest so they rammed into his girlfriends house. They shot 95 shots and 2 flash bangs and to justify it they said he was in a shootout but their was no evidence this brother shot or even had a gun. After they showed his family a pic and it was the wrong person. The DA Paul Howard eventually justified the shooting.
Black Man Armed With a Cell Phone
In Florida Travis McNeil was shot and killed by Miami Police officer Reynaldo Goyos after a traffic stopped armed with nothing but a cell phone. Travis McNeil and his cousin was Kareem Williams who was also shot was leaving a club when they were pulled over by a gang task force member. Officer Reynaldo Goyos claimed Travis reached for a black object which turned out to a phone. He claimed he feared for his life and fired 3 shots. The DA cleared him of charges until police chief Rodolfo Llanes decided to fire him after a grand jury found the shooting unjustified. The Fraternal Order of Police president Javier Ortiz was upset he was fired and eventually this cop got his job back. Not only that he was giving over $71,000 in back pay.
